1. Our 6 year old son did enjoy the balcony, but we decided we wouldn't spend the extra money to stay there again as the rooms were just too small.

7. No, you shouldn't get bunks if you have a child who is too small to climb the ladder, but I think that's common sense that babies don't need to be in a room with bunks.
