1. The major complaint I have is that the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

4. We had terribly long waits for the buses at Animal Kingdom Lodge, but we didn't have that problem at Wilderness Lodge.

5. The rooms are starting to show their age, the tiny bathroom started to become bothersome, the mattresses were not very comfortable and, with the exception of a couple staff members, the concierge staff on the club level were not terribly friendly.
