1. This time I tried a courtyard view which wasn't bad.

6. Our initial arrival went very badly though, as the check-in person gave us the wrong directions to the elevator, they didn't offer anyone to help us or at least walk us to the elevator, and when I went back to speak to management they were incredibly rude.
