1. My only criticism here- with 4 people, the room does feel a bit 'small' and 'cramped,' but we spent so much time outside of the room, whether it was on the property or parks that the size of the room wasn't much on an issue.

4. People had issues with Animal Kingdom being too far away from the parks and long waits for the buses but I didn't find this an issue.

5. Not a huge issue like some reviewers say however the area where the toilet and shower is is a little dark because the light is over the shower only.

7. then we had several issues with room service since the room was scheduled for maintence it was at the end of the list of rooms to be cleaned so our room wouldnt be cleaned till 5 o'clock or later.

9. We also had a few issues with them giving us wrong information, such as the wrong Magic Hours for that day (turns out Magic Kingdom was open to 3am the NEXT day.
