8. One piece of positive advice, if you are not afraid to complain, you might even be able to get things quickly replaced that came with your broken with your room.

9. First I would expect that a hotel in this price range not even have a broken down bed on their property but at the very least not make us jump thru hoops to get an acceptable bed.
