Our experience with this hotel was horrible- first room- rain poured thru windows- got our clothes wet- second room- water leaked on floor thru window- third room the a/c did not work- they would not comp a night - after moving us three times- the tub in third room - the drain handle in wall was hanging out- light fixture didn't work- maid did not change dirty bed linnens on bed- no towels in room- keys had to be re-keyed multiple times- added some one else's restaurant bill to our bill- computer system had wrong city for us- and said it couldn't be changed in their computer- I had to go on line and change it when i got home?????-key wouldn't work in elevator most times to go to your floor- overall- a night mare.
