4. I've stayed in a Westin Hotel before which I thought was lovely and I liked the 'Heavenly Beds' but unfortunately this hotel was a much lower standard.

5. And the Memphis Zoo is rated as the best in the country, but unfortunately we did not have time to visit the zoo.
