1. The downside: Check in was at 3 or 4, I don't remember which, we arrived at 4:45 after being on the road for 8 hours and we were ready for a shower and dinner.

4. The only real downside to the location is that you can sometimes (almost every night) here music from outside, but it isn't very loud and didn't bother me at all.
