8. Considering I had booked many months in advance this was terribly disappointing however the staff bent over backwards to calm the situation.

9. Also, the bar closes at 11, so that was disappointing to come back to after being on noisy Beale street and just wanting to come back to the hotel and relax in the lobby with a drink.
