1. If the hotel would hire more valets and bellmen and train houskeeping to properly clean AND identify and report maintenance issues, I would bump my review up to 5.

7. We did report the cleanliness issues with our room to the staff upon check out- the only concern that had was having me step to the side and tell them as quietly as possible so that the guests checking in couldn't hear.

8. On to other hotel issues - comfy beds, great double showers heads, fast lifts, Sun Studios free shuttle to Graceland right across the road - all in all a pleasant stay.
