3. Although the room had been updated, the paint job wasn't great and it was chipping off the door frames, the carpet was stained in some areas and they could have used a good cleaning (not sure how often hotels do this).

4. The lobby and it's facilities were nice, but after a long drive, you don't want to come to a hotel to find blood or red stains on the sheets.
