2. We encountered a few obstacles to reaching the hotel (Hwy 59 had construction and was impassable) and the parking garage had a broken elevator door (aka - hoof it up the stairs to get to our car), but other than that, our stay was absolutely lovely.

3. The room smelled terrible, the ice machine was not in working order, the fridge in our room was broken, and they didn't shuttle to the medical center.
