The reason for the overbooking was a girl scout convention and people staying there for the hospital (this place gives discounts for people that are going through cancer treatment in the med center) She paid for the night in the quality inn, gave us the 2nd night free, and gave us the 3rd night for the bid price.

2. Well they tried to check in on Wednesday night but they were told that there was no rooms available and they were overbooked.
