4. maybe you can fault the hotel for doing something wrong that contributed to the fire, or that contributed to its not being discovered early enough, i can't say.

5. Don't get me wrong, the place looks nice at first glance, but a lot of the detail work I saw being done was just sloppy, things that could be fixed very quickly and easily by a good carpenter.
