this hotel seems to be in the hand of some private Indian firm not a legitimate american or European this people are

This is HORRIBLE customer service regardless if you're a budget hotel or not.

Customer service was pretty
horrible
, they did not assist me with the beverage machine when it did not work, and they don't have a phone you can use to call for delivery, you have to go out a bit into the streets to use a pay phone.
