1. this hotel seems to be in the hand of some private Indian firm not a legitimate american or European this people are horrible so rude so unhelpful I hated my stay at this hotel.

3. Customer service was pretty horrible, they did not assist me with the beverage machine when it did not work, and they don't have a phone you can use to call for delivery, you have to go out a bit into the streets to use a pay phone.

7. the only good thign about this hotel is the location, very convinient to the subways and other places, but the hotel itself is horrible, better off getting something a little more expensive and more worth it.
