1. the main problem is the lack of service.

2. After check-out you can leave your luggage in an unattended basement room at your own risk as per the notes posted and although you enter with a one-time-use-card and there never has been a problem, it feels uneasy as the room has no surveillance camera.

5. Had one small problem in the bathroom and reception sent a guy to fix it within 30 minutes.

6. Upon arrival we had a problem with the contact name for the reservation but the front desk clerk was very helpful in resolving the issue with travelocity, the site with which the reservation was booked, and he even offered us a room that was a bit bigger because of all of the ordeal.
