1. I complained about that and they switched the attendant to Spanish men who were very professional and gracious.

6. Someone reviewed the place and complained about the hot water - just let it run for a couple of minutes before taking a shower so that it can warm up - no biggie.

8. Thin walls/doors were a problem, however, but when we called the front desk to complain about noise a few doors down, in both instances someone came upstairs RIGHT AWAY to ask the offending party to quieten down.
