1. this hotel seems to be in the hand of some private Indian firm not a legitimate american or European this people are horrible so rude so unhelpful I hated my stay at this hotel.

7. Check-in staff were brusque to the point of being rude but as it was late, I chalked this up to it being the night shift.

8. But my main gripe was the staff on reception, most of them where fine but one in particular was extremely rude and even turned round and told us too 'phone yourself' when i asked her to call an excursion company about booking a tour.
