Despite some disappointments, i enjoyed my stay here and would not advise against using the Park Central, if you mainly want a central location as a base and do not plan on spending much time in the hotel, but i would recomment a room only basis as the whole of Ocean Drive offers better value meals.

5. We had the continental breakfast included in our package but that was a major disappointment - you have to chose between a bagel, croissant, muffin or toast and this comes with tea/coffee and juice.

The price was very appealing, but I slipped up by booking a classic room as we had no view at all and window looked straight into a side wall of adjoining building which was very disappointing - especailly as I had noted on the booking that we were celebrating our silver wedding so hoped for a nice room.

10. I was disappointed with the size of the pool (very small) and the 'fitness studio' out back, which was dingy and contained two ancient treadmills and a few weight machines.
