2. I know this is an Art Decor hotel but the decor needs to be attended to, marks on wall, grubby carpet, chipped furniture,mis-tiled bathroom,sticking windows.

3. Had booked a twin room but first room was so small could hardly get through the door and then second room was fine (much bigger) but the bathtub was chipped and rusty - do they honestly expect people to wash/shower in that.
