My only disappointment was that I left a piece of clothing there which I loved and I e-mailed them 2 days after I checked out to ask if they had found it and asked if it could be sent to me (at my cost) and I got no reply at all which is a
shame
as I believe good service doesn't end once you check out.

Had an amazing time, in what was probably the best hotel room we have stayed in - just a
shame
it was a little too hot for the hot tub :-) My boyfriend took me to Miami as a suporise so he could propose to me and it was perfect.

Sadly I could go on and on, what happened to the orchids in our room? After 2 days they disappeared, were they on loan? A real
shame
, we had high hopes.

It was a
shame
that we had to complain as it did detract slightly from the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that had been created in the room.
"Lovely hotel "
