1. Have stayed in Miami Beach at least a dozen times in equally nice hotels, and haven't had this issue.

2. 2 weeks later, I received a notice from my rental car agency that the car had been parked illegally by the valet company and had two tickets issued by City of Miami Beach.

6. The two-level rooms are fine from all aspects of accommodation, other than the spiral staircase between the levels, the main issue being the narrow nature of the stairs.

Our list of complaints is so long it's boring, but here are a few of the lowlights:1) We were 'upgraded' to a room right next to the Pool Machine Room - I guess the constant hum from the pool pump combined with zero view was considered a improvement on the 'Unique 2 story villa on the top 2 floors of the 5 story tower building' we had booked but which initially wasn't available due to 'issues'.

10. (We had a slight noise issue from the room above, turns out to be a store room (avoid room 101) and were upgraded to a duplex there and then with no extra cost .
