1. My only (small) complaint is that I stayed two nights the second time around and after housekeeping had been I found two hairs on the bathroom floor.

3. My only complaint about our stay was that I had a long discussion before booking this room to ensure that we would be a quiet section of the hotel (top floor, looking over the pool instead of the road, etc).

Our list of complaints is so long it's boring, but here are a few of the lowlights:1) We were 'upgraded' to a room right next to the Pool Machine Room - I guess the constant hum from the pool pump combined with zero view was considered a improvement on the 'Unique 2 story villa on the top 2 floors of the 5 story tower building' we had booked but which initially wasn't available due to 'issues'.
