'Cons: We did find it
awkward
to have a hotel employee (in our case, a petite woman) wheel our luggage separately to our room when we arrived to do 'in room check-in' - they bill this as a feature but in fact it's because the lobby has been greatly reduced in size to accommodate an overpriced restaurant.

Not necessary and
awkward
- and hotels should know that people don't like having your credit card taken out of sight for several minutes.

The in-room check-in was very
awkward
- the concierge took me to my room, had me fill out my information, took my credit card and went back downstairs, while I had to wait for him to return with it.

The restaurant in the hotel is very posh and walking through it after a day on the beach you felt a bit
awkward
and self- conscious as the front door takes you through the middle of it.
