The noise wasn't too bad in our room - my husband
complain
ed one evening when it was noisy outside (our room overlooked the outisde bar tables) and they did deal with it quickly.

How do I know this? Because they marked the number of the room on the greeting card and we have been given another room :)3) When we

ed about the room type we had received, reception staff tried to convience us that we were given exactly the room we had booked (studio with balcony), but the balcony was very small.

we were promised a duplex -on arrival given a bedroom with pull out-we were evacuated from Hurricane so figured we would not

ed on the second or third night and they were going to put us in the building where the restaurant is and come to find out a women overheard my husband and myself talking and she said her floor vibrated d/t music in restaurant and they got moved to a room in the tower---we asked to be in the tower and they said they were all booked.

ed about this, all that the front desk staff could say was 'yes, someone should have told you about this beforehand, but we will only charge you the price of the room you're actually getting' (no, really? wow, how generous).
