1. My only disappointment was that I left a piece of clothing there which I loved and I e-mailed them 2 days after I checked out to ask if they had found it and asked if it could be sent to me (at my cost) and I got no reply at all which is a shame as I believe good service doesn't end once you check out.

9. 4) The view from our 'Unique 2 story villa on the top 2 floors of the 5 story tower building' was deeply disappointing - we had hoped for the Miami skyline, instead we got an unfinished roof terrace (points go to the Assistant Manager for being suitably embarrased about this) with views of the Air Con units of the adjacent building - how romantic.
