1. She told us that she knew it was the hotel's fault for messing up the reservation but blamed it on the fact the girl who took it was new.

2. The rooms were as comfortable and spacious as we could ask for however they messed up our reservation when I had called at least 3 times to confirm there be 2 beds.

3. Pros- Great a/c units that make room cold, room is clean and pretty, beds are comfy, location is fantastic and 2-3 blocks from the crazy loud area of south beach, Cons- Long check-in process, chance of messing up your reservation (not enough beds in our room), No ice, chance of safe breaking and chance of a/c not working.

4. 00 extra for deposit, eventhough everything was paid, their phone line was messed up,waited 1 hour that they can charge the $200.
