6. When we asked about the guarantee, they said 'Yes, it is guaranteed but there were some last minute issues we weren't expecting.

7. Bait and switch - we booked the Penguin through Expedia (guaranteed reservations) but at check-in they told us there were some issues with the room and tried to move us to their other motel the President (which is not only a dump, but it is also undergoing major construction).

8. Do need to be careful about the bait and switch to the much lesser attractive President Hotel (being a return customer I luckily do not have that issue).
