2. Maybe we were unlucky but when the tide was high the river water came up through the drains in the street and gave off a terrible smell.

3. Overall the hotel is flashy looking and great decor and the pool wait staff are extremely nice but this hotel has absolutely terrible customer service and is poorly managed.
