4. The staff member not only thanked me for notifying them but much to my shock,he graciously offered to replace the coffee.

5. We got over the initial shock of that, we checked in with no problems, but when we tried to log on found you have to pay an extra 15 dollars a day to use the internet, there is an extra ""delivery charge for room service to, so one burger cost us 28.
