2. All of the walls are bright white, so any bumps, and scrapes against the wall leave black marks and make the contemporary look - appear filthy.

3. Front door is caked with smudged fingerprints, chairs in lobby are dirty, pool area was absolutely filthy with used towels, used food service items, cigarette butts, stained cushions, etc.
