4. I was given a room that could practically hear doors being slammed every other minute from 1500hrs to 1800hrs due to extremely poor soundproofing.

5. Breakfast was disastrous, no-one have seen these breakfast vouchers before and selection was very poor, 2 juices, 3 cereal options, a few pastries, 5 different fruits and a few yogurts, very small buffet, and at the end they made us sign for the bill, $54, same thing the next day.
