2. Some people have complained about the lack of storage in the rooms but we did not think this was an issue (unless you have 4 suitcases and bring the entire contents of your home closets with you on vacation).

6. 3) Elevator door had 1 issue when we first arrived4) Kitchenette also did not work for us but who cares?? Like i'm going to use the stove while I am on vacation??5) took anywhere from 15-30 minutes to get soap, towles, or anyhthing from housekeeping.

7. If you paid 350 or 400 a night for this hotel then I can understand getting annoyed at the little issues .

8. Elevator up was an issue though, it did not open once we got to 15th floor so we actually went down to 14th and took another one up to the 15th.

10. The only issues I had were that the hotel wasn't on the beach, it was on the bay and the mixed drinks at the pool were $16 a piece.
