7. I would also recommend requesting a room close to the main level so that you can take the stairs when possible, we were on the 12th floor and it was painful waiting for the very slow elevator.

9. Our room was on the 9th floor so we used the lift on a regular basis, which in previous reviews was stated as very slow, we never found this an issue at all.
