4. The room we got was clean and tidy the bathroom was spotless, there was a tv, coffee maker, safe, hair dryer, phone, iron, yes the room was tiny as stated before but really this wasn't a massive issue to us.

5. Our room was on the 9th floor so we used the lift on a regular basis, which in previous reviews was stated as very slow, we never found this an issue at all.
