1. I have NEVER written a bad review in my life but hope this will help at least one person decide NOT to book this hotel.

3. There is only one lift in the hotel which can take a while however as we only on the 5th floor it wasn't too bad.

4. Private cab ordered to take us back to airport, thank goodness we did, he was early by half an hour - really bad backlog on roads and he knew back routes, there is no way that we would have got to the airport had we gone in a yellow taxi.
