1. The other negative is the room safe - there is a charge if you use it(lord knows why, does it cost them anything to provide it??), I didn't know this until checking out .

2. My only negatives are that the breakfast room is a lottery, fills up fast and people tend to stay and chat rather than move to the lobby or their rooms so be prepared to share a table, offerings are reasonable enough though.
