2. I mistakenly went to the wrong Westin however the front desk agent, Tamika Beatty was spectacular and instantly took care of my confusion, was able to get my other reservation canceled and put me in an upgraded room with a great view.

5. Breakfast was missing a beverage as well as all toppings they would not fix as they could not bring corrections in time, Dinner complete wrong salad brought & forgot dressing, took 32min to get dressing, Dinner prepared opposite from how I asked forgot beverage.

6. Hotel store closes at 11pm, would not let me purchase items at 10:41pm because 'she already closed the register out', All 3 meals ordered from room service were not only wrong but very wrong.
