1. I was dissapointed that no-one from the hotel rang me to see whether the problem was fixed, or took any other action.

7. There was one small problem at the end of my visit: I asked the hotel to call me a cab to the airport, which they did.

8. I realize that this problem was to some degree out of the control of the hotel management but I would at the least have expected some sort of payment or even credit for that night since a basic service was not met.

9. I generally find Westin a good chain, but this Westin was plagued with problems during our three night stay - no water, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night.
