2. The carpets are stained and GROSS, the rooms were sad (bedding old & worn out, walls, floors, & furniture dirty, sinks cracked, tub bottom stained).

3. sadly, like most cool pockets of Atlanta, you do need to have a car to explore the rest of Buckhead aside of this mall.
