3. Management did refund us for 50% of the room tariff, and I suspect that the water cuts were outside their control, but I didn't feel the staff were making enough effort to make up for bad experience we had.

5. 24 Hours before my business trip to Atlanta my 1 year daughter comes down with a bad flu bug, needless to say anyone thats a parent does not want to leave their child.

9. The only bad part of the entire experience was that someone somewhere in the hotel (I suspect it was the room below me) was smoking cigarettes and the smell seeped into my room.

10. I wondered why, if there is a water shortage in Atlanta, the sink pressure would be so bad and the shower 's so good (although the shower does turn itself off after about 10 minutes or so, so be sure you've rinsed off by that point).
