3. I used to love Cresthill Suites, but this time the housekeeping was poor, the beds were hard and they no longer offered a welcome basket with snacks and drinks, which I always looked forward to.

4. The maid service was very poor, despite our mentioning a consistent problem to the front desk clerk; which was the housekeeper's failure to pick up dirty towels from the bathroom closet for three consecutive days.
