1. I called the hotel to make sure we were getting a non-smoking room as I was traveling with my elderly mother who has health issues.

2. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, we had an issue with the icemaker in the room not making ice, but maintenance took care of things quickly and the front desk gave us ice from the kitchen to tide us over.
