1. LOL The two minor 'complaints' I had were that, with 10 pillows in the 2 bedrooms, I wished some of them were soft - they were all on the hard side.

4. I used to love Cresthill Suites, but this time the housekeeping was poor, the beds were hard and they no longer offered a welcome basket with snacks and drinks, which I always looked forward to.
