3. I will make sure I choose a different section of town next time I have to go to Reno to make sure I don't have to stay in this nasty hotel again.

6. After a very long wait, I asked another young woman next desk, Cheryl, thank you Cheryl, to check for my reservation since I did not believe the two nasty ladies since this was a reservation on their own database and an email was sent to me confirming.
