3. While all the other rooms were renovated we were given a room that had stains on the comforter, chairs that plumed dust when you sat in them, dated furniture that looked like a set from the movie Casino, no screens on the windows, we called numerous times to have the mini fridge opened to no avail and my friend left with bed-bug bites.

5.
