1. Never had another problem, but the "creepies" factor makes me werry of hotels now.

4. My encounters with the staff were frustrating, many were rude, unhelpful, seemed angry that we didn't know how things worked, but how could you if it is your first time visiting? They even made my friend with the over draft charges cry, telling her it was not their problem that they overcharged her card and didn't tell her.

5. The stay was good it was when we went to leave is when this happened, we went to check out and went my wife realized she left her wedding ring in the room ( less the 5 min later) she ran back to the room to fine the cleaning staff in there but no rings they stated the never saw them and but they were still in the room after i called the secutity thelet the girl go on with there day not checking them when i asked that they do not leave they were very un professional on how they handled the problem and as of yet we still have not herd anything, you would thing a manager would call and say that they were sorry about what happend but nothing, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS WORD GETS OUT TO EACH AND EVERYONE THAT MAY WANT TO STAY THERE I CAN SAY I WILL NEVER RETURN.

9. The staff was very nice and friendly, the Blackjack dealers were really nice and anytime i had a problem like a torn machine ticket or something to that effect it was resolved at the change desk right then.

10. Oh and i should mention the smoke in the Casino and hotel lobby area, if you smoke this is the place for you can inhale with out even lighting up one of yours, I dont smoke but i have stayed in casino resorts from Tunica to AC and i dont have a problem with smoke filled casinos but for some reason this one seemed worse than usual, perhaps the air circulation needs some work or something? You get hit with a $5.
