1. From all accounts, avoid the 10th floor.

2. I found that the bus line offered the best way to avoid high gas prices and the crazy Nevada fees/taxes imposed on people who rent a car it gos right by the Peppermill and you can get a transfer to go on another route, the bus line also has a $5 day pass if you plan on going to different parts of town.
