1. We have stayed at many Sheraton Hotels but this hotel definitely relies on attracting University clients due to location and sadly not for service.

3. sadly, by the time they put us in a room (over 30 minutes after we arrived) the pool had closed - a sad thing for the kids on vacation during July.
