4. teh wi-fi worked wonderfuly, and the front seak staff didn't once complain when I asked them to fax document after document (I was trying to put a contract on a house.

5. The first night we were to stay at this hotel we were irritated because they overbooked and sent us over to the Penn Tower Sheraton (which was pretty bad, but we can`t complain too much given they did not charge us).
